  • Built a custom marionette rigging for preexisting puppets. Because there are 2 puppets used at once, the puppets had a harness rig so the actress could carry them both on stage at the same time and could manipulate them both on and off of the harness.
  • Worked with costume department to ensure that the clothing for the puppets was lightweight.

  • This show played a livestream of what was happening on stage on a projection screen above the stage. This posed a challenge in making the props because the cameras would close in on some of them. The only prerecorded scenes were the sex scene and the bathtub scene.
  • Bird. Made a bird that started out freestanding in a cage and then got its head chopped off and bled from the neck.
  • Blood. There were 3 examples of blood used in this show. The blood in the tub was rigged to look like the actress had cut her wirst, and her blood was filling the tub. As this video played on the screen, blood poured down the white stage floor to create the illusion that the bloody bathtub had overflowed. Once this blood reached the downstage gutter, the chorus stuck their hands in the bloody gutter and continued their choreography with blood on their hands.
